Residents in the Phoenix Park area have been advised by Gardai to be vigilant following reports that a known felon is casing properties in the area with nefarious designs despite recent reports to the contrary.

The man who has a long history of associating with criminals and defrauding the State of sizeable sums of money.

Anyone encountering this individual should immediately check their belongings and alert the authorities.
